Rooms

The rooms, spacious and bright, divided into single, triple, double and twin, could be fitted with either two single beds both with double beds, are modern and comfortable all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, double glazing, fridge, phone, WiFi and digital TV (LCD 22") and some with chromotherapy showers. The rooms reflect the care given to the furnishings throughout the Hostel, for its guests’ greater comfort.

The Milan House Beatrice is located just 30 meters from the Milan Central Station. In Duca d'Aosta square, is the Majestic Central Station which is the main railway station of the Italian city of Milan and one of the main European railway stations. It is a railway terminus officially inaugurated in 1931 to replace the old (1864) central station, which was a transit station and could not handle the new traffic caused by the opening of the Simplon tunnel (1906). It connects to high speed lines to Bologna (and on to Rome) and Turin and conventional railways to Bologna, Turin, Venice, Genoa, Domodossola (for the Simplon and Bern), Chiasso (for the Gotthard and Zürich Hauptbahnhof) and Lecco.

In Duca d'Aosta square, where is the central railway station, stands the Pirelli Tower or Pirelli Building (Italian: Grattacielo Pirelli - also called "Pirellone"), is a prominent building in Milan, Italy. The project was developed by architect Gio Ponti, at 127.1 meters (417 feet), it is the second tallest building in the city and was built of concrete of about 60,000 tons. It is one of the most elegant tall buildings in the world and is one of the few tall European buildings (that made) statements that added to the vocabulary of the skyscraper. Some architectural critics believe that the Pirelli building was the inspiration for the design of the Pan Am Building (now MetLife Building) in New York and Alpha Tower in Birmingham.

Suited to an actual hostel, the fine accomodations go side by side with the courtesy and willingness of the owners, always ready to fulfill any request and solve any problem.
